What data we collect.
Only the data you provide to us on your own initiative.
When you fill in the contact form or write to us by email, we receive the data you choose to provide: name, email address, company, service of interest and the content of your message. We do not request or process special categories of data.
This website uses only a functional cookie, to remember the language you chose (Portuguese or English). It does not use analytics, advertising or embedded social media cookies, does not build visitor profiles and does not record IP addresses for marketing purposes.

How and why we use it.
Purpose
To respond to your request, clarify questions, prepare quotations and draft proposals. We do not use your data to send unsolicited advertising.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent or transfer personal data. We only disclose it: (i) to ZeptoMail (Zoho), as a processor that handles the sending of transactional emails; (ii) to suppliers, when necessary to perform a service you have requested — for example, a supplier who must carry out an installation; or (iii) when there is a legal obligation.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as necessary for the purpose that justified the contact and, after that, only for the period required by applicable legal, contractual or tax obligations, after which they are deleted.

Your rights.
You may ask us at any time for information about the data we hold about you.
You have the right to access, rectify, update or delete your personal data, or to object to its processing, under Law no. 22/11, of 17 June — Personal Data Protection Law.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at geral@vogal-tech.com. We will respond within the period provided by law. If you consider that your request was not addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in Angola.

Security.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data.
Access to our mailbox is restricted to the people who need it, and communications with this website are encrypted whenever accessed over HTTPS.
If we detect any incident affecting personal data, we will inform the data subjects and the competent authorities as required by law.

We may update this policy to keep it aligned with the practices of this website and with the law.
